Since big-league baseball left town in 1957, Brooklyn was left without a major professional hometown team to root for. Imagine the stir the Nets created when they opted to relocate from New Jersey to the famous New York borough in 2012-13. NBA basketball officially arrived in Brooklyn, and the Nets didn’t show up to their new home empty-handed. They brought along Deron Williams, one of the toughest and most gifted point guards in the entire league. The new-look Nets are Williams’ team, and he’s more than capable of nudging them in the right direction. A three-time NBA All-Star who has played onto a pair of All-NBA Teams, Williams will get fans at the brand-new Barclays Center to crank up the decibel level with his barrage of buckets and crafty assists.

About the Artist

Japanese artist Dragon76 studied oil painting at Osaka College of Art and his intricate and complex style is rooted in a combination of Graffiti, Manga and Ukiyo-e (Japanese wood block prints). Working fast, in classic graffiti style, Dragon76 paints with acrylic and marker pen as well as using stencil techniques.
