In an effort to protect our customers and the integrity of our products, we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Item availability and prices of all products sold at are subject to change without notice.  


SALES TAX does not charge Sales Tax within the USA, except within the state of California.



All of our orders typically take 3 to 5 days to produce and prepare for shipping.  Our artwork is carefully packed to arrive to you in pristine condition.  Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days of production for custom framing orders.

Due to the high value of RareInk artwork, we recommend shipping to a business address if you are typically not home during the day. 



For shipping outside of the U.S, taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.   UPS brokerage fees are already included in your shipping cost as part of UPS international shipments. If you have any questions about duties or Customs charges please contact your local UPS or post office.

For Canada, we offer shipping via UPS Saver and UPS Expedited shipping options.   Transit time for UPS Saver is 1-2 days while UPS Expedited is 3-5, based on location.  



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to RareInk for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.  RareInk will cover the domestic return shipping back to us.  Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging.  To process a return, please contact us at

Once your return is received and inspected by RareInk (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.   Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is processed for it to post to your account. 

Please note, returns after 14 days of receipt will be subject to approval.   A credit may be issued in lieu of refund, depending on the elapsed time and condition of the merchandise. 



Our intention is to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

If a replacement is not available, the damaged product can be returned for a refund or credit as outlined in our Return Policy.

For items that arrive with the outer mailing box significantly damaged, please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and file a damage claim immediately. You can also file a damage claim online at Once the claim is approved we will send you a replacement print. The process usually takes about a week from the date you initiated your claim with UPS.
